Odoo / OpenERP Thailand.ORG

ใน OpenERP 7 ก็สามารถตั้งค่าการใช้งานให้สามารถแนบไฟล์ได้เช่นเดียวกันกับในรุ่น 6.1 แต่ก็ต้องติดตั้งโมดูล Knowledge ก่อน ตามขั้นตอนเลยครับ

เริ่มต้นโดยการ Install โมดูล Knowledge ก่อน เลย

เข้าไปที่แท็บเมนู Settings >> Knowledge

จะเข้ามาในหน้า Knowledge and Documents Management ให้ติ๊กเครื่องหมายถูกใน Checkbox หน้าข้อความ Manage documents >> Apply

หลังจากทำการ ติดตั้งโมดูลเรียบร้อย จะปรากฎแท็บเมนูที่ชื่อว่า Knowledge ขึ้นมา

เมื่อเข้ามาในเมนู Knowledge หน้าแรกที่พบคือหน้า Docoment จะเป็นหน้าไฟล์เอกสารทั้งหมดที่มีในระบบ OpenERP

ในโมดูลทุกโมดูล จะมีปุ่ม Attachment ขึ้้นมา

เมื่อคลิ๊กที่ปุ่ม จะมี Add ให้ทำการเพิ่มไฟล์ที่ต้องการได้เลย
